Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Haru the Sewing Cat.
All items are handmade, and due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or refunds based on customer preference, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or differences in color or texture.
Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade process. Such variations are not considered defects.
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
Conditions for Refund Requests
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Please include clear photos showing the issue when contacting us.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
International Orders
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
